I'm Thomas. You work with me directly: you take a practice test, I read every miss, and I rebuild your study week around what it showed. That's how scores actually move. And when yours is done, my team carries your application the rest of the way.
Two ways in this fall: 1:1 coaching with me, five students a month, or a seat in Fall Cohort 1.
One team across both phases, no gaps.
Full diagnostic across every section. Score mapped to the 200–600 scale. A personalized roadmap built before Session 1 ends.
Two 75-minute sessions per week on sciences, strategy, and every section. Progress tracked against your target school averages. Additional PAT & QR reinforcement built into select programs.
Final two weeks of full simulations, test-day protocol, timing calibration, and mental performance prep. Walk in with a plan that's been tested, not improvised.
Personal statement, AADSAS narrative, secondary essays, and interview preparation. Farwa turns your score into the application that earns the acceptance.
Sept 22 to Dec 3 · Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00pm CT · the full portal and Ace Labs · built for December and January test dates. Eight seats, then it closes.
Week one is a diagnostic. I map your scores against your target schools, so you know your number and where the points are actually hiding.
You get a weekly schedule I build and rebuild from every practice test, plus the portal, the Ace Log, and the Ace Labs tools to run it.
We work it together to test day. On the 30- and 45-hour programs, there's a score safety net if you follow the plan and still fall short.

Score jumps, plateaus broken, acceptances earned. In their own words.
One of the biggest jumps I've been part of. This is Kalea's story, in her own words. She started below the national average and walked out of the real exam with a competitive score, after closing the gap section by section.
Individual results vary.
Kyra started her practice tests in the 350s and climbed from there, section by section. When her real DAT score came in, she cried in relief — and Thomas was the first person she called. This is her story, in her own words.
Individual results vary.
"Don't be afraid to reach out – one of the sweetest, most knowledgeable tutors out there, and she recently took the DAT herself. Responded within the day and we met that same day."
"Studying for the DAT felt overwhelming at first, but Thomas helped me get organized and craft an effective study schedule. With his guidance, I gained confidence and was able to truly master the material. He was very responsive to my concerns and consistently supportive throughout the process."
"I honestly feel relieved that I don't have to wait and worry anymore. When I checked average accepted student DAT scores at the schools I applied to, my new score definitely made the cut. Now I can rest easy. Couldn't have done it without you, Tommy."
Every option runs on the same system: the portal, weekly plans built from your practice tests, the Ace Log, and all of Ace Labs. What changes is how much of it is just you and me.
I take only five new students a month. We start with a call, then I build a plan and a package entirely around your practice tests, your target schools, and your test date. Every session is with the person who scored a 510.

Fall Cohort 1 opens September 22. The same system, coached live in a group by Chapman and Sarah.
Prefer to sharpen a single section? Chapman and Sarah coach one-on-one at $80/hr. Application coaching starts at $600.

The strategy call is free. I'll look at where you are, which schools you're targeting, and what your score needs to be, then give you an honest read on what it'll take and whether AceTheDAT is a fit. No pressure either way.
